Suitable for all yoga levels and taught by Laura-Helene Kopinski, a Hatha and Therapeutic yoga specialist, this soul retreat will immerse you in a personalized experience to enlighten your mind and energize your body. We will make sure you return home re-balanced and relaxed.

5 Days Itinerary

Explore the true meaning of well-being as you revive yourself through an ancient form of practice incorporating the utmost purity and tranquility. You can join in with the group as much or as little as you like. If you need your own space, you can enjoy some tanning by the infinity pool facing a panoramic view of the island, some surfing by the beach, mindful coloring or simply do some writing time in your journal. If you feel like a lazy day, stay by beach in the pavilion gardens of our accommodation.

Daily Schedule:

  • 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Sunrise HATHA yoga
  • 8.30am – Delicious breakfast served in the pavilion
  • 5 :30– 7:00 pm – Yin/Gentle yoga during sunset
  • 7.30pm – Delicious meal served by the pavilion

Daily Massage as part of your 3 day wellness break
