Yoga is for everyone, you don’t need to be an experts, nor be flexible to feel good. Each session includes the practice of pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (yoga posture) and savasana (relaxation in the end of the class). Let yourself emerge into the flow of yoga practice.

Unwind with a combination of relaxing yoga practice, beach excursions and rejuvenating spa treatments on  indulgent getaway. For the ultimate de-stressing and healthy break, maximize your well-being by taking part in daily sunrise and sunset yoga while facing the turquoise water of the island.  Then, soothe those tired muscles by spoiling yourself with an array of luxurious treatments at an award-winning spa.

Suitable for all yoga levels and taught by Laura-Helene Kopinski, a Hatha and Therapeutic yoga specialist, this soul retreat will immerse you in a personalized experience to enlighten your mind and energize your body. We will make sure you return home re-balanced and relaxed.

5 Days Itinerary

Explore the true meaning of well-being as you revive yourself through an ancient form of practice incorporating the utmost purity and tranquility. You can join in with the group as much or as little as you like. If you need your own space, you can enjoy some tanning by the infinity pool facing a panoramic view of the island, some surfing by the beach, mindful coloring or simply do some writing time in your journal. If you feel like a lazy day, stay by beach in the pavilion gardens of our accommodation.

Daily Schedule:

  • 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Sunrise HATHA yoga
  • 8.30am – Delicious breakfast served in the pavilion
  • 5 :30– 7:00 pm – Yin/Gentle yoga during sunset
  • 7.30pm – Delicious meal served by the pavilion

Daily Massage as part of your 3 day wellness break
