5 Days Itinerary
Explore the true meaning of well-being as you revive yourself through an ancient form of practice incorporating the utmost purity and tranquility. You can join in with the group as much or as little as you like. If you need your own space, you can enjoy some tanning by the infinity pool facing a panoramic view of the island, some surfing by the beach, mindful coloring or simply do some writing time in your journal. If you feel like a lazy day, stay by beach in the pavilion gardens of our accommodation.
- 6:30 am – 8:00 am – Sunrise HATHA yoga
- 8.30am – Delicious breakfast served in the pavilion
- 5 :30– 7:00 pm – Yin/Gentle yoga during sunset
