Coral garden in Thulusdhoo, Maldives

MURAKA BAGEECHA is the translation of Coral Garden in the Maldivian language (Dhivehi). This project started here in Thulushdhoo, North Malé Atoll, with a team of ocean enthusiasts decided to relocate nearby threatened corals to their House reef to create an area where corals can continue to flourish. As gardeners would do, they aim to create an aesthetic arrangement following natural patterns. The garden will also exhibit as many different species of corals as possible to create a coral biodiversity hotspot.
